Young people can learn about skincare by developing a simple routine and following these tips:

Cleanse: Wash your face twice a day with a gentle cleanser that's age-appropriate and formulated for your skin type.

Moisturize: Use a moisturizer that's oil-free and has at least SPF 15.

Protect: Wear sunscreen every day, especially when swimming or playing sports.
